We are looking for a Project Manager to support the Building Services Manager in developing our UK wide occupational property portfolio. This includes ensuring that all new projects are delivered on time and within budget, occupational costs are minimised, and our retail shops and other locations are fit for purpose and comply with company, operation and legal requirements with allocated budgets.
This role is home based and involves significant travel throughout the UK with the need for occasional overnight stays. SATCoL`s Support Centre is based in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.
